How to order
BVM Limited is a supplier to trade and OEM users only. By placing an order here you acknowledge that you are a bona fide trader and are not purchasing as a consumer. In placing an order with BVM-Store you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a company and not as a private individual and thereby have no right to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Orders can be place on-line using popular credit cards. For worldwide compatibility the prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling but you can select US Dollars or Euro from the menu on the left. Transactions are processed on the secure servers of WorldPay who are also your protection in the event of dissatisfaction with our service.
Prices quoted are for quantities of 1 to 10 pieces. For larger quantities please request a quotation.
Delivery and Sales Tax
Unless specifically requested otherwise the shipper will be selected by BVM and the cost of shipping will be added to your invoice. Outside the EU local taxes may be due on delivery and these are your responsibility. Within the EU a charge of 20% will be added for VAT unless a valid VAT number is entered on the purchase form. Within the UK 20% VAT will always be payable. The total price payable will be displayed on the checkout page before you enter your credit card details.
Delivery of evaluation quantities (1 to 5 pieces) is normally within 7 to 14 days. On receipt of your order you will be advised of the shipment date. If the above dispatch cannot be met you will be given the option of canceling your order.
Products and Software
The product specifications listed are provided by the manufacturers and detailed user manuals can be requested via email. due to the nature of the product we reserve the right to change the specification without notice. Each product has available drivers for Microsoft Windows 9x, 2000 and XP. Support for individual modules is available for other operating systems such a Linux and VxWorks. Orders and Refunds
Orders are accepted in good faith and every effort is made to ship from stock. Where this is not possible you will be advised of the likely delivery date. This will normally be within 14 days. Where this is not possible you will be given the option of cancelling your order and requesting a credit. Goods correctly delivered cannot be accepted for credit.
Goods shipped are deemed to have been accepted on delivery unless BVM is advised to the contrary within 3 working days.
Due to the complex and technical nature of these products only limited email support is available. We regret that we are unable to enter into extended dialogue on basic technical issues other than to registered OEM customers with a current support agreement.
All products carry a limit warranty against defective materials or workmanship and will be repaired or replaced for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase providing they have not been subject to physical or electrical stress beyond their specification. BVM's total liability is to repair or replace the product. Due to the widely differing applications to which BVM's products can be used, BVM accepts no liability whatsoever for any third party damage or loss howsoever caused by the use of BVM products. It is the reponsibility of the customer to ensure that the application is appropriate for the product purchased and that safeguards are put in place in case any part of the product should fail.
For return under warranty please request an RMA number from email@example.com. Once an RMA has been obtained faulty items should be returned to BVM carriage paid. You will then be advised of what action is be taken.
