Products - Motherboards

Industrial-grade motherboards are designed with both ambient temperature & extended temperature ranges for industrial automation applications.

For the more hardy factory environments, BVM can provide products that have endured extensive thermal testing at each stage of their manufacture. With typical operational temperatures between -40ºC to 85ºC, our wide range of motherboard products can reduce failure rates during operation in extreme environmental conditions.

Motherboards not only need to be operational in extreme temperatures but across a wide range of voltages. Unstable or incorrect supply voltages may damage electronic components, causing system failure,  so we provide motherboards that support wide input voltage ranges (typically 9~36V) offering you the opportunity to develop durable and fault resistant plant or automated equipment.

Our motherboard platforms include mini-ITX, Pico-ITX, 3.5” and 4.5” SBC, microATX, and ATX to hopefully cover a wide range of automation applications. Products – Embedded Systems

Where embedded systems are concerned, the latest Intel CPU’s are deal processors for factory automated applications such as machine vision systems.  They come with high image processing capability (for precise image capturing via high resolution camera’s) and multiple expansion slots for graphics or capture cards. Supporting a range of environments with active-cooling and fanless models, a good cross selection of application requirements can be met.  Typically for machine vision applications, important features such PoE ports and high-speed USB 3.0 for cameras serve applications well. As with our motherboard solutions, power inputs in the extended voltage range of 9-36V are supported.

With our complete industrial-grade embedded system PC’s, you as the customer can choose from a wide variety of outer case form factors, I/O combinations and processor solutions to meet the demands of your product functionality.

 

Products – Panel PC’s

With a wide range of TFT panels inclusive of a touch screen interface types, the user can interrogate & control equipment parameters and monitor operational conditionsfor a diverse  range of HMI requirements in manufacturing and process automation. Our panel PC’s are provided with either resistive touch or projected capacitive touch technologies, enabling the operator to touch control the PC via gloved input, whilst at the same time, simultaneously retaining mechanical robustness, resistance to water, corrosive liquids, dust, and moisture.

With our complete industrial-grade Panel PC’s, you as the customer choose from a wide variety of TFT Screen sizes, I/O combinations and processor solutions to meet the demands of your product functionality.
