APLEX Technology Inc presents their in-vehicle panel PC: the APC-3XX2 and APC-3XX3 Series. The series solutions are powered by Intel Celeron N2930 and Freescale i.MX6 processors. With their rugged & tough exteriors, they are also lightweight in their construction and various mounting solutions are an enabler for various warehouse vehicles inclusive of forklift trucks.
Features for harsh environments
To overcome the challenges relating to external weather conditions, APLEX’s in-vehicle panel PC solutions offer operational abilities in diverse temperature conditions (hot and cold) and are sunlight readable for semi-outdoor applications. Additionally, they are equipped with M12 connectors to ensure IP66 ingress protection around I/O ports and cables to protect the panel PC from dust and water ingress.
In-vehicle Panel PC provides for efficiencies in warehouse management
To ensure compatibility in this era of IoT, the APLEX APC-3XX2 and APC-3XX3 in-vehicle panel PC series are provided with in wireless connectivity including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE network functionality. This means data can be transmitted in real-time for tracking inventories and increasing operations accuracies. Additionally, the GPS feature can be used to track the location of vehicles to help with the managing vehicles whilst in field.
ACC control prevents losses from data-crashing
To provide for protection in any instances where the computer suddenly shuts down, the ACC control feature enables functionality of a power on/off delay to prevent hardware damage and software crashes. Additionally, the APLEX APC-3XX2 and APC-3XX3 in-vehicle panel PC series are both certified to FCC Class A/MIL810G/IEC60068-2-27 certification.
