ASRock Industrial Partners with COPA to Unveil the
World’s First Open-Process-Automation-Based Control System

ASRock Industrial has partnered with the Coalition for Open Process Automation (COPA) formed by CPLANE.ai and Collaborative Systems Integration (CSI) on the development of the first open-industrial control systems based on the Open Process Automation Standard (O-PAS).

The vision of COPA is to speed up the adoption of O-PAS based control systems within industrial manufacturing for a variety of vertical markets. As a member of COPA, ASRock Industrial will integrate its iEPF-9000S/ iEP-9000E Series Edge AIoT Platform, the iEP-5000G Industrial IoT Controller and iBOX 1100 Series Embedded BOX PC into the COPA QuickStart system.

Together, they will construct leading edge solutions in advanced open-industrial control systems with IT and OT vendors to elevate some of the world’s most advanced industrial companies in their journey through transformation in operations and acceleration of industrial 4.0.
