RMA returns process

If your product fails during the Warranty Period it will be repaired or replaced free of charge subject to BVM's RMA policy. Outside the warranty period a fixed charge will be made for investigation. Please see our RMA policy for more details.

To obtain an RMA number, fill in and send the form below. You will be sent an RMA number by email. Please use this number at all times when referring to the item. A separate RMA must be obtained for each item to be returned. Please note that the issue of an RMA number is an acknowledgement of your request and does not imply acceptance of a warranty claim.
