Description

APLEX Technology Inc, a global industrial computing solutions provider, are pleased to announce the introduction of their new system PC for medical based applications – the EIRA-522.  The system is a box PC for deployment in smart medical applications regarding image analysation (via AI) for medical processes.

Analysation of medical imagery is still generally completed via the experience and knowledge of medical practitioners. However, this can invite subjectivity, differences of opinion and (potentially) inefficiencies where crucial decisions need to be made quickly. AI image analysis now plays a significant role in aiding nurses, doctors and consultants in taking the right decisions when making patient diagnosis and providing treatment plans.
