Rod Clarke
Managing Director
Rod has worked with computers since graduating from university, initially specializing in large mainframe systems before transitioning to embedded systems in 1982. He played a pivotal role in the formation of BVM in 1989 and has proudly served as the managing director since then, driving innovation and excellence within the company.
Matthew Watkins-Glass
Sales Director
Matthew has strengthened our key client relationships and secured major partnership programmes with leading manufacturers. His deep understanding of embedded computing and defence electronics, along with his ability to build lasting partnerships, makes him the ideal leader for our sales strategy.
Julia Maynard
Finance Director
Julia has been with BVM for over 30 years. She oversees all things financial, including company financing, bought ledger, sales ledger, and currency management, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting while also providing invaluable strategic insights to drive sustainable business growth and enhance overall profitability.
Colin Coote
Product Manager – Thermal Printers
Colin has many years experience with thermal printers from both a technical and commercial perspective. He is responsible for the Seiko Instruments product franchise including printer mechanisms, portable printers and POS printers.
Dan Powell
Marketing and Website Development
Dan joined BVM at the start of 2019. He oversees all things marketing (digital and print) and is solely responsible for keeping the the company’s website optimized and up-to-date with the latest products from 20+ OEMs.
