The Neousys Technology Nuvo-11160GC is a rugged edge AI computing platform engineered for high-performance industrial and AI-driven applications at the edge. Built around support for Intel® Core™ Ultra 200 Series LGA1851 processors with up to 24 cores and 24 threads, it delivers powerful compute density in a compact, fanless-ready rugged system designed for harsh environments with wide temperature operation from -25°C to 60°C. This platform is optimised for advanced AI workloads and GPU-accelerated computing, supporting NVIDIA® RTX series graphics cards up to 150W, making it suitable for machine vision, autonomous systems, and real-time analytics. High-speed connectivity is a key strength, featuring multiple 2.5GbE ports with optional PoE+, an additional GbE port, and optional 10GbE support for high-bandwidth industrial networking.
With extensive I/O including 8x USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, isolated digital inputs/outputs, and Neousys’ MezIO® expansion interface, the system provides flexible integration for industrial automation and edge deployments. The Nuvo-11160GC is designed to deliver reliable, scalable performance for demanding edge AI, smart factory, and mission-critical computing environments.

Neousys MezIO – Interchangeable Mezzanine I/O Boards
Neousys MezIO is a modular mezzanine I/O interface designed to expand embedded systems with application-specific I/O functions. It connects via a high-speed board-to-board interface, carrying signals, power, and control lines from the motherboard. Its 3-point mounting structure improves mechanical stability and reliability, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
