The iEP-5010G-DCN is built to withstand extreme environmental conditions, offering a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 70°C and flexible 6–36VDC wide-range power input, ensuring stable performance even in unstable or remote power environments. Advanced networking capabilities include multiple Intel Gigabit LAN ports alongside high-speed 2.5GbE connectivity, enabling robust and redundant communication pathways for industrial systems. For real-time and time-sensitive applications, the system integrates Intel Time Coordinated Computing (TCC) and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN/WTSN) technologies, delivering deterministic, ultra-low latency communication essential for automation, robotics, and synchronized industrial control systems. Security is also a core focus, with development aligned to IEC 62443-4-1 standards and certification to IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 3, providing strong protection against cyber threats in connected industrial environments.
