The Asrock Industrial iEP-5010G-DCN is a rugged, fanless industrial IoT controller engineered for mission-critical edge computing, automation, and data processing in some of the world’s most demanding and hazardous environments. Built on the energy-efficient Intel Atom x6425RE (Elkhart Lake) processor, it delivers dependable multi-core performance optimised for continuous operation, low power consumption, and long-term industrial reliability. Combined with DDR4 memory support and Intel In-Band ECC capability, the system ensures improved data integrity and stability for critical workloads where system failure is not an option. Designed for deployment in explosive and regulated environments, the platform is fully certified for ATEX Zone 2, IECEx, and UL C1D2, making it suitable for use in oil & gas facilities, chemical plants, and other high-risk industrial sites. Its fanless, solid-state design eliminates moving parts, significantly improving durability while reducing maintenance requirements in vibration-heavy or dust-prone installations.

The iEP-5010G-DCN is built to withstand extreme environmental conditions, offering a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 70°C and flexible 6–36VDC wide-range power input, ensuring stable performance even in unstable or remote power environments.
