Description
The Neousys Technology Nuvo-2860VTC is a next-generation, ultra-compact in-vehicle computer with E-Mark certification, designed for applications such as mobile gateways, mobile surveillance and passenger information systems. Powered by Intel’s Alder Lake Atom® x7425E processor, it features four CPU cores and supports up to 16GB of DDR5-4800 memory, delivering up to 1.5 times the CPU performance of its predecessor, the Nuvo-2610VTC. Intel UHD Graphics with Open Visual Inference and Neural Network Optimisation (OpenVINO) also enables the deployment of deep learning and inference models for lightweight AI applications.
For device connectivity, the Nuvo-2860VTC provides four 802.3at PoE+ ports, each supplying up to 25.5W to compatible devices, including IP cameras. Expansion options include one M.2 B-key slot and two mini-PCIe slots for wireless communication modules, supporting the evolving requirements of intelligent vehicle applications. Two isolated CAN 2.0 ports, with SocketCAN support under Linux, facilitate reliable in-vehicle communication, while isolated digital I/O enables sensor interfacing and actuator control.
Designed for demanding vehicle environments, the system supports a wide DC input range of 8V to 35V and features integrated ignition power control for flexible deployment across different vehicle platforms. Combining compact dimensions, versatile connectivity, robust power management and edge AI capabilities, the Nuvo-2860VTC is an ideal computing solution for modern intelligent in-vehicle applications.
