BVM are systems integrator specialising in providing embedded computing solutions – whether you need something that’s standard or customised to your own bespoke needs.
BVM provides ‘Design to Order’ services, guiding clients from concept to manufacturable product, ensuring functional design and manufacturability while offering various engineering and certification services.
Custom enclosure, thermal, and mounting design for industrial systems. Engineered for protection, cooling, and durability.
Bespoke cable design and manufacturing for industrial systems. Durable, application-specific connectivity solutions.
Custom carrier board and electronics design for embedded systems. Optimised for integration, performance, and reliability.
BVM were approached by an existing client to evaluate the possibility of using twelve PCIe mini-cards in a system together with a mid-range graphics card, itself requiring eight PCIe lanes.
Custom touch screen integration and display enhancement services for industrial systems. Improved usability, performance, and durability.
Our embedded operating system integration services are intended to allow our customers to concentrate on their own immediate business needs, either by completing the O/S in its entirety for you or – providing the help & guidance needed for our clients to develop and configure their own images.
BVM provide services to create custom embedded, locked-down Windows 10 IoT LTSC images, with customer applications incorporated. Images are configured to be fully embedded and compatible with the embedded features being enabled such as the Write Filter, Windows Embedded Shell Launcher and AppLocker.
BVM has been in the business of designing, manufacturing and providing industrial PC solutions for over 30 years – and have learned quite a few things along the way. So often the case, the focus can be on producing the most complex component of the solution – so it’s easy to overlook other fundamental parts that can affect the performance of the overall design.
Since 2000 (Atmos) has been supplying tightness monitoring systems for jet fuel pipelines and airport hydrant systems across the world. BVM engaged with them to update the current PC and HMI technology.
At BVM we have kept our operation running throughout the lockdown with our production department doing a sterling job meeting all our delivery schedules
I have a laptop, why would I need a portable computer? We often see examples of field-based test or surveillance equipment based on a laptop computer. If the application is in a reasonably benign environment and there aren’t too many external real-world connections the laptop or tablet can be a good solution.
Here at BVM we can take your Raspberry Pi prototype and work with you to convert this into a reliable commercial product of which the compute module is just one possible technical solution.
