The IEI DRPC-240-TGL-U is a fanless DIN-Rail embedded system that offers outstanding performance combined with wide range of usable features. Centred around Intel’s 11th Gen (“Tiger Lake”) processor platform, this rugged and compact device is designed to excel for a wide cross mix of industrial applications.

The DRPC-240-TGL-U system supports up to 32GB DDR4 – 3200 MHz memory and features Intel UHD graphics, ensuring smooth and responsive operation for the most intensive of computing applications.
Robust Enclosure Design
With its tough & hardy construction – and fanless design, the DRPC-240-TGL-U is built to withstand harsh environment conditions. Featuring an IP40-rated enclosure to protect the system from dust & debris, its wide operating temperature range of -40 to +70°C is an enabler in providing reliable performance when external conditions prevail. Additionally, the DIN-Rail mounting system makes it easy to integrate into existing industrial set-ups.
Versatile Connectivity
The DRPC-240-TGL-U offers a broad mix of connectivity options to specifically meet industrial requirements. The system PC is equipped with 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports for high-speed data transfer, 2 x Gigabit Ethernet ports for reliable network connectivity – and 2 x HDMI ports for the simultaneous driving of 2 x dual displays, independently. Additionally, the PC supports 2 x M.2 slots for storage expansion allowing users to easily scale up storage capacity.
Expansion Capabilities
This embedded system provides flexibilities for expansion, featuring 2 x full-size mini-PCIe slots and 1 x M.2 2230 E-key slot to enable the integration of wireless communication modules – such as Wi-Fi, cellular (4G/5G) – or Bluetooth. Additionally, the DRPC-240-TGL-U supports various i/o inclusive of 4 x RS-232/422/485 ports and 4 x isolated DI/DO ports to ease of connection to the outside world and the control of external devices.

To ensure data integrity and system security, the DRPC-240-TGL-U is equipped with TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module) technology in the provision of secure storage and encryption of sensitive data.
