Custom Carrier Board and Custom PCB Design
BVM have a long history of designing and manufacturing bespoke industrial computing solutions . We started out with VMEbus board design in 1989 and moved on to our own Compact PCI and PMC Module designs. In today’s world, we create custom carrier PCB designs for Computer on Modules such as COM Express (Type 6, 7, and 10) and Qseven. We’ll also design and manufacture custom power supply units when & where the need arises.
Custom Cable Design and Manufacturing Service
BVM’s skilled production make and assemble cable harnesses and wiring looms, as well as provide “box build” services for control boxes and power distribution boxes. They’re experienced in every step of the process from designing through to prototyping through to mass production, test and delivery.
Custom Chassis and Cooling Design
Our CAD design team uses the latest in 3D modelling software to create custom designs.
