A leading innovator in scientific instrumentation approached BVM for support. The company specialises in advanced imaging systems used across digital pathology, microscopy and other high-precision laboratory environments. Project Requirements
The customer required a reliable, long-term replacement for an ageing 15″ industrial Panel PC that had reached end of life. Their previous hardware supplier was no longer trading, meaning there was no route for continued support, repairs, or future orders. To ensure production continuity and safeguard the performance of their imaging systems, they needed a drop-in replacement that could match the existing system’s footprint, connectivity and functionality without requiring redesigns to their equipment.
