Neousys POC-451VTC: Enhanced Performance and Connectivity in a Miniature Form Factor
Neousys Technology has introduced the POC-451VTC, a highly compact in-vehicle computer certified with E-Mark for deployment in variety of applications inclusive of mobile gateways, passenger information systems and surveillance.
The system is powered by Intel’s Elkhart Lake Atom x6425E processor and has integrated Intel UHD Graphics, offering 1.8x and 2x performance improvements for the CPU and GPU, respectively, over that of the previous POC generation product.
Rich I/O Connectivity with M.2 and mPCIe Slots
The Neousys POC-451VTC is designed to offer a range of connectivity options for in-vehicle applications. It provides multiple M.2 and mPCIe slots that can be used to facilitate 5G/LTE, WiFi 5, WiFi 6 and CANbus modules – also supporting Google TPU for edge AI inference. The system’s also equipped with a dedicated conduction-cooled heat spreader to dissipate heat generated by the M.2/mPCIe modules, ensuring optimal system performance – even in high-temperature environments.
Combining Compact Design with Deployment Flexibility
Despite its compact form factor of 108 x 153 x 72mm, the POC-451VTC offers rich a mixture of I/O connectivity with 3x 2.5GbE with PoE+, 2x USB 3.2, 2x DisplayPort and 8 x isolated DIO, making it highly versatile for variety of in-vehicle applications. The system also operates with 8~35V DC input with built-in ignition power control to enhance flexibility for application deployment – and with its efficiency of cooling, can also be installed in confined spaces & compartments within the vehicle.
