Winmate stainless touch PC series come in various sizes and processors, enclosed within either IP65/IP67/IP69K certified waterproof housings to provide reliable system operation in harsh environments, protecting against the ingress of dust, dirt, water, oil, grease, bio-fluids and chemicals.

Corrosion-resistant housings manufactured from SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel

Resistance to corrosion and contamination in the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing industries is critical. Winmate stainless steel chassis and waterproof Panel PC’ flush-front panel and aesthetic exterior prevent the system build-up of liquid and dust residue.

PC housings are manufactured from SUS 316 / AISI 316 grade stainless steel and are washable with water, detergents and acidic or alkaline disinfectants to meet hygienic standards and still maintain  system protection.

Waterproof and functional safety designs

To uphold and prioritise safe working conditions and prevention of hazards within chemical manufacturing industries, Winmate stainless touch PC’s are configured with various safety modes –  such as waterproof connectors, and emergency push buttons to prevent potential water damage during daily washdown and immediate operational commands. Additionally, the IP69K ingress protected stainless series are provided with an air vent valve and automated mechanical system controls to maintain pressure and avoid air-related issues that can occur via hot and pressurised water clean down processes.

Gloved input touchscreen

Winmate hygienic stainless touch PC series provide pCAP multi-touch support to enable ease of  data entry and manipulation of on-screen images via gestures such as zoom or drag & drop – which can be completed via two (or more) fingered input whether the hand is dry, wet or even gloved.
