Commell LE-37R – A powerful package in a very small footprint!
COMMELL, a worldwide leader in the production of industrial Single Board Computers has unveiled its latest 3.5” offering in the form of the LE-37R 3.5 embedded system board, based on Intel’s Alder Lake 12th ‘Gen P’ processor platform.
Commell’s LE-37R mini-board platform is designed around Intel’s Alder Lake 12th Gen P processor platform utilising the FCBGA1744 package, supporting DDR5 memory (2 x DDR5 SO-DIMM slots, 4800 MHz up to 64GB capacity).
The platform is also based on Intel’s 12th Gen integrated Xe or UHD Graphics, the GPU offering 32 execution units (EUs) clocked at up to 1,350MHz (dependent on selected CPU model).
Display connectivity is supported via 1 x LVDS, 1 x HDMI, 1 x DP, 1 x Type-C (DP Alt Mode) port and 2 x HDMI / DVI with up to four displays being individually controlled simultaneously.
A Rich Abundance of I/O
Additional features of the LE-37R includes high-speed data transfer interfaces namely, 3 x USB3.2 Gen2, 2 x SATA3, Triple Gigabit Ethernet, 2 x RS232 and 2 x RS232/422/485 2 x USB2.0 and Intel High- Definition Audio.
Expansion capabilities
To further the capabilities of (what is already) an extremely capable mini-board solution, the LE-37R has on-board expansion in the format of 1 x M.2 Key E 2230, 2 x M.2 Key M 2280 supporting PCIe Gen 4for NVMe and 1 x Mini PCIe socket with SIM slot (support mSATA).
