Design to Order Service

BVM’s OEM/ODM embedded product design services cater for those customers who are looking for an exacting design to match their unique needs – whether that’s starting from a concept or an idea or building from an existing prototype or even a running product that needs to be refreshed in its aesthetics or technical abilities .

Our design services include custom PC design, Panel PC design, custom racks and towers, custom Peli case PCs and much more.

We also offer bespoke design for PCB/Carrier  chassis, custom, back panels & faceplates, cooling systems and metalwork, inclusive of internal & external mounting brackets. We also integrate touchscreen technologies, with TFT LCD displays to form HMI solutions – application of optical bonding to enhance viewing & shock absorption properties – along with anti-reflective and anti-glare coatings.

Build to Order Service

We offer system integration services which are performed from our Southampton production centre – inclusive of integration of  CPU’s, memory, storage, touch screens/TFT displays, required internal cabling, configuration & deployment of embedded operating systems, loading of custom BIOS’ and deployment of sub-assemblies into bespoke chassis’ to package the whole system up. From system completion – we also provide testing services, product serialisation (for track & trace) and labelling & packaging to ensure systems are fully prepared for dispatch.

We can also build to order racks and towers, Peli Case PCs and Mini-ITX PCs.

Embedded Software Services

BVM provide embedded software services that include the configuration & deployment of generic and bespoke embedded Microsoft Windows operating systems – namely 8.1, 10 IoT and Windows 11. We can also capture pre-configured Windows, Linux and Android images and deploy them to target hardware as per customer’s requirements.
