Design to Order Service

We also specialize in bespoke designs for PCB/Carrier, chassis, custom cables, back panels, faceplates, cooling systems, and metalwork. This includes internal and external mounting brackets. Additionally, we integrate touchscreen technologies with TFT LCD displays to form HMI solutions. This includes applying optical bonding to enhance viewing and shock absorption properties, as well as anti-reflective and anti-glare coatings.

Build to Order Service

We offer system integration services from our Southampton production center. Our services include integrating CPUs, memory, storage, touch screens/TFT displays, required internal cabling, configuration and deployment of embedded operating systems, loading custom BIOS, and deploying sub-assemblies into bespoke chassis to package the entire system. Upon system completion, we also provide testing services, product serialization (for track and trace), labeling, and packaging to ensure systems are fully prepared for dispatch.

We can also build to order racks and towers, Peli Case PCs and Mini-ITX PCs.

Embedded Software Services

BVM provides embedded software services that include the configuration and deployment of both generic and customized embedded Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 8.1, 10 IoT, and Windows 11. We can also capture pre-configured Windows, Linux, and Android images and deploy them to target hardware according to customer requirements.
