Description
The SEMIL-2000 Series from Neousys is an ultra-rugged embedded platform with an IP69K-rated dustproof and waterproof design, housed in a 2U 19″ rack-mount form factor. It features Neousys’ industry-leading thermal design, ensuring fanless operation across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 70°C, and includes two 5Gbps Type-C ports with alternate DisplayPort signal outputs. Powered by Intel’s 14th, 13th, and 12th-Gen processors, the SEMIL-2000 leverages Intel® 7 photolithography and a hybrid core configuration for enhanced performance and efficiency. It supports up to 64GB of DDR5 memory.
Constructed with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium chassis, the SEMIL-2000 is built to withstand moisture and salinity. Its rugged M12 connectors ensure reliable connections in environments prone to shock and vibration. The system offers extensive I/O connectivity, including two CAN bus 2.0 ports with SocketCAN driver, two USB 3.2 ports, seven Ethernet ports (including two 10GbE), and four 802.3at PoE+ ports, each providing 25.5W of power to connected devices. For internal expansion, it includes an M.2 M-key socket for NVMe SSDs and mini-PCIe sockets. Additionally, the SEMIL-2000 accommodates two 2.5″ SATA SSD/HDDs, supports an 8-48V wide-range DC input with ignition power control, and complies with MIL-STD-810H standards.
